Acceptable Use Policy

Simple rules that keep your business email trusted

EmailWorld is a business email platform. It is not a bulk cold-email tool, an anonymous email service, or a place for scams or adult content. These rules protect your delivery, your domain and every other business on the platform.

What you can send

  • Business-to-business communication
  • Customer communication and support
  • Team collaboration
  • Partnership proposals and business inquiries

  • Normal one-to-one business email

What is never allowed

  • Phishing, credential theft or fake login pages
  • Malware, viruses or malicious downloads
  • Scams, fraud or messages that try to steal money or information
  • Impersonating a company, bank, government, brand or person
  • Fake business, investment, employment or financial offers
  • Deceptive or illegal services
  • Identity theft or account-takeover attempts
  • Threats, harassment, hate or abusive content
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content or images
  • Distribution of illegal material
  • Spam or mass unsolicited email
  • Email-address harvesting abuse
  • Attempts to bypass EmailWorld sending limits
  • Anything that could damage EmailWorld's infrastructure or email reputation

Your business identity

Every EmailWorld mailbox is tied to a verified business identity — your company name and logo. We add that identity to every message you send, so recipients always know who they're hearing from. It can't be removed or swapped for another company's identity.

Sending checks

Outgoing messages pass a quick automatic safety check for dangerous links, attachments and content, plus fair-use sending limits. Normal business email goes straight out. Occasionally a message is held for a moment while a link is verified — we'll tell you when that happens.

If the rules are broken

EmailWorld may warn, restrict, temporarily suspend or permanently close an account that breaks these rules. Where possible, incoming email keeps working so you can still reach your mailbox and contact support. See our full sending limits, refund and privacy policies.
